Great shot ! It is weird, the base of Big Ben looks fuzzy while the top isn't just as the street :o

I like the point of view and the covered gray sky yet the colours are a bit too saturated and the blacks are too much present in my opinion.

Great classic shot :thumbsup:

Tha point is that the pic was not great because of the rain/camera/colours/some noise, but since I liked the perspective I did something strange with it in order to use it anyway. =P
